The all-new Ford F-250 King Ranch was recently named the “Best Premium Three-quarter Ton Pickup truck of 2017” by the experts and PickupTrucks.com and Cars.com, besting the competition from General Motors, Nissan and Ram in numerous categories.
To determine which truck was best, the competitors were put through 21 empirical tests and awarded points, in addition to being scored in 10 subjective categories by the expert judges. The Ford Super Duty F-250 had the group’s highest GVWR, GCWR and had the quietest interior, making it an excellent choice for drivers who need to tow regularly.
“Like a great all-around athlete, the new Ford F-250 King Ranch has the powertrain of a bulldozer, and the interior features and technology of a luxury hotel room,” said Mark Williams of Cars.com. “If we had to tow our monster trailer around the country, we’d want to call this Super Duty home.”
